Affiliates, Contractors, and Employee Commissions

Affiliates, contractors, and employees of Rankstar (collectively referred to as “Representatives”) may be eligible to receive a one-time commission for introducing a new client to Rankstar.

The commission shall apply exclusively to the first month of payment made by the referred client. No further commissions or recurring payments shall be due or payable for subsequent months, renewals, or future services rendered to that client.

All clients referred by Representatives are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Rankstar. Representatives acknowledge and agree that they acquire no ownership rights, ongoing commissions, or continuing interest in any client relationship established through their referral.

Rankstar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or terminate any commission payments and/or to immediately terminate the relationship with any Representative found to have engaged in unethical, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of Rankstar’s services, breach of confidentiality, or actions that could harm Rankstar’s reputation, business relationships, or legal standing.

Any determination by Rankstar regarding eligibility for commission payments, termination of engagement, or disciplinary action shall be final and binding.

Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
